Our most valuable assets are our people. During the last couple of years, many of our locals have found it increasingly more difficult to make ends meet in the mountains due to inflation for every day items as well as the above average cost of housing. Due to these increasing costs of living and recently changed labor laws in Colorado, Vertical Bistro & Tap will be adding a 3% Kitchen Living Wage (KLW) fee to all guest checks. All funds go directly to providing our hard working kitchen employees with a living wage and to reduce the pay gap between hourly and tipped employees. Thank you for your understanding!
